Everything started from Judo, then Boxing, Soccer, American Football, MMA, and then Bodybuilding!

I have been building my training experience for the last 20 years, and for the last 10 years, I have been imparting that knowledge to my clients. Everything started from Judo, then Boxing, Soccer, American Football, MMA, and then Bodybuilding! Which I enjoy doing everyday! And I've learned that you can’t just talk the talk, but you have to walk the walk too! I have dedicated a lot of time into studying nutrition & training. I spent hours and hours in the gym, training with the top coaches in the world, and competing with the best athletes. Health and fitness became a way of my life! I then studied and became a qualified personal trainer, where I was also nominated as one of the Best PT's in the UAE. I’ve worked with over 300 people from different countries. This has given me a wide array of knowledge and experience to understand different approaches in helping individuals achieve their goals to live fit, strong, and healthy!
